Regarding E-books:

All sales are final, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Didn’t Receive My Ebook

Please double check the email you use when purchasing any ebook. That is where you will receive a one-time-use link to download your ebook. If you accidentally used an incorrect email, please contact us with your order number and include the correct email so we may resend the link.

Do you have Physical Copies of the Ebooks?

Physical copies are sold through Amazon and Barnes and Noble (Online). All links for physical copies are listed in the description of each of the ebooks.

Regarding spell/reading services:

All sales are final and non-refundable.

However, Rosa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at her discretion, and in such case, you will receive a 50% refund.

Disclaimers:

Beware of scammers! We do not reach out to you through social media dm’s nor will we reach out to you first! Please do not inquire via social media about any spells or readings purchased. All communication regarding your purchases will be done through email.

After purchasing any spell or reading you will receive an email to gather necessary information within 72 hours after purchase.

Spells:

We cannot guarantee the timeliness and/or effectiveness of your spell work. Results may vary.

If you do not see a specific service listed, please contact us to discuss the possibility of making your request happen.

Please note that for spell and reading services all clients must be 18 or older. Your spell request will be rejected if you are under 18 and you will be charged 50% of your purchase.

Spells are cast on specific days/times depending on the type of spell and therefore your spell will be cast within 2 to 4 weeks of purchase. We will provide photos and/or videos and feedback via email once your spell is complete. If you need your spell cast urgently, please contact us first to ensure we have early availability, but early availability is not guaranteed.

Rosa is a witch but still human, if she experiences any medical or personal issues, please understand that your scheduled spell or reading may be re-scheduled.

We do not offer obsession spells nor will we make an exception.

Tarot:

Pre-recorded tarot readings pertain to your specific questions and will be delivered as voice memos via email within 1 week of receiving your questions. Once your payment is processed, we will reach out to you regarding your questions. Please keep your eyes open for our email.

Virtual video call tarot readings are all done through Zoom. The availability shown for appointments are Eastern Standard Time. You will receive an invite to the zoom meeting within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

When booking a tarot reading understand that it’s not about determining your fate. Rather offering guidance to understand your path and emotions better. This session provides an external perspective, helping you navigate various aspects of your life that are relevant to your experience. Tarot is a tool that we use to connect to the divine and relay information they want to communicate with you.

Astrology:

We are temporarily taking a break from astrology readings, sorry for the inconvenience.

We reserve the right to refuse services to any individual at our discretion.

Spells, Tarot, and Astrology readings are for entertainment purposes only. They should not be used instead of counseling or advice from a health professional.

Courses

When a course is made available it will be listed in the courses page.

When purchasing a course (no matter which payment option you choose) you will have access to the entire course. You will be able to access the course anytime you want after purchasing.
